Common questions

Do I need a GP referral?

No — you can book directly. If your problem needs onward referral, I'll guide you through it.

What should I wear?

Something comfortable that lets me see the affected area — shorts for knees and hips, a vest for shoulders.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem. You'll get an honest estimate at your first appointment — no padding.

How do I pay?

Card, cash or bank transfer, paid in clinic. Cheques aren't accepted.
